Thanks to Mark Porter, Editor, Montclair Times, for his January 26, 2005 Editorial, suggesting a Montclair "Fix-It" box. Below is a "Montclair Fix-It" slip which can be submitted via email to the Township Manager.

Use this form to make the Township aware of problems small and large that might otherwise escape its collective attention. "Residents and Businesspeople can provide the who, what, when, where and why of a problem, whether poorly snowplowed streets or faulty meters to the Montclair Municipal government for a resolution."
